Exceeded expectations! We really enjoyed our stay. The Front Desk Manager was superb with her hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The LandShark food and drinks were really good, and the pool area was a lot of fun for the kiddos. The pool service desk employees were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My fiance and I who are both first responders promised my step daughter that if her biological father canceled her trip we would take her to a hotel with a nice pool so she can swim her heart out. At 430pm on July 24, I booked 1 night at the first responder rate. Was able to get to the hotel and check in at about 615pm. Went to the room, she was super excited with the view. Went back downstairs to look at everything to include the 3 pools, she was excited about the slide and the waterfall. Went back to change into our swimsuits. At about 7pm we got downstairs and saw the gate was closed for the guest towels, asked a worker where to get towels and he stated that the pool closed and he was about to kick everyone out of the pool. Went to the check in counter and they confirmed that all 3 pools close at 7pm. My step daughter was devastated. We did speak to Arianna who offered to cancel our reservation and refund the stay. It appeared nice inside. But my recommendation is this isn't for kids. I don't know the last time I had been to a resort hotel especially on the beach that their pool closed before the sun even set. Without a doubt, this is our favorite hotel in the Hollywood Beach area. The atmosphere here is incredibly relaxing from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights is the beautiful lagoon-style pool surrounded by rock formations, which feels like a tropical retreat rather than a typical hotel pool. It is the perfect place to unwind, whether you are traveling as a couple or with family. The location is outstanding, right on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. You can step outside and enjoy miles of oceanfront walking paths, beach views, shops, and restaurants. The restaurant on the second floor is excellent, offering delicious food along with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. One of our favorite things about staying here is the atmosphere in the evenings. On weekends, the nearby plaza often hosts live jazz concerts and entertainment, creating a wonderful beach-town feeling that is difficult to find elsewhere. Sitting outside, listening to music, and enjoying the ocean breeze makes every visit memorable. My wife and I just returned from six days at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and had an absolute blast. Everyone that works here is very attentive to your needs, there was really no waiting on anything. If you need something for your room or just have questions they are very willing to help. The location of the resort is perfect being right on the broadwalk, so many places to eat and free entertainment around every corner. The vibe in the area is fun and relaxing. The beach was fantastic with Margaritaville providing two free chairs and an umbrella everyday with food and drink services right on the beach. The guys who work on the beach are awesome and so nice. The beach is groomed every morning and cleaned every night. If you stay here just do the valet parking for $60.00 dollars a day, trust me it is worth it! The area is very safe during the day and at night. Hollywood PD and Broward County have alot of officers in the area with foot patrols and officers on the beach in UTV's. I highly recommend staying at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort Florida for your next vacation!
